WENT SURFING!!!!! :) I met this guy, Frank, on Saturday night at a woolshed party...and I don't remember how we got into the conversation, but i was talking about how much i wanted to try surfing...and he's like i'll take you out anytime, i even have a wetsuit and a surfboard you can borrow...and i was like SWEET!
So, we went out today and it was fun! The water was kinda rough, so it wasn't exactly prime beginners surfing water, but I still caught some waves :) I got my feet on the board a couple times, but since the waves were kinda crap, and it was my first time ever, i didn't really stand up all the way. But, now I'm psyched and want to go surfing all the time! It's a good workout too hehe.
And, as an extra, added bonus - I get to borrow the board and wetsuite while Frank is away for work!!! So, now I just need practice (and someone else to practice with, which I am confident I won't have a problem finding :) ) . So, I am super excited, and hopefully I'll get some pics of me up here riding the waves...surf's up dude :)

Nifty trap too. I set up my trap in Barre the other day. Those guys got a porcupine problem or something.
Have a happy thanksgiving with the milkers. It sounds like a lot of work running the farm and being the dinner host as well. Good luck.
